Shipping damage happens once in a while, no matter how careful we are at packaging. All we ask is that if you do have shipping damage and we need to replace the item, please help us by supplying us with pictures and being willing to talk to the insurance company if they want to call you to verify the insurance claim. Insurance companies will often investigate a claim if it is over $200.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on our products for reasons related to workmanship error or shipping damage. You will find we go out of our way to help our customers, however, we cannot be responsible for returning items if you have thrown away the original packaging. We must be notified right away if you'd like to return an item due to workmanship error or shipping damage. We cannot be responsible for items damaged by the customer.
