We have over10 years of experience in packaging your items so they will arrive in immaculate condition.

Ragsdale almost always ships your item via FedEx , UPS or Greyhound Package Express. If preferred we also use USA direct which is a shipping / furniture moving service which delivers door to door over the entire continental USA.

We recognize that the carefulness of delivery services and personnel can vary. Delivery damage can occur and is but we have become experts in the arena, and our damage rates are below 1%. If and when damage occurs, Ragsdale will do everything possible to help with the situation and either repair or replace the item as soon as possible. The same applies to items that may become lost in shipment.

Large Items

Some items that we offer are too heavy for normal shipment and must be shipped using freight delivery services. Shipping costs for freight delivery is based upon the following factors:
1) Item size and weight
2) Ship to location (business or residential)
3) Optional residential lift gate delivery

Please contact us for a shipping quote, for items that must be shipped using furniture delivery services. Quote and based upon the customers zip code. We do not mark up freight delivery costs. Note: shipping to a business with a loading dock is less cost than a residential delivery.
