Or policy in a nutshell:
We offer 100% money back guarantee on our product for reason of
product defect or shipping damage.
You will find we go out of our way to help people with any problem…no
matter how small…While the rules listed below are there to protect us against
people who would take advantage of the system….will find that we may circumvent
them if we feel that your intentions are honest, and you are not just trying to
get free glass or something too questionable.
Return/Cancelation Policy
The customer
must return the item in its original packaging using the approved method of
transportation (USPS or Greyhound), and the item must be in new condition upon
arrival at Ragsdale Home Furnishings.
If the item is damaged Ragsdale reserves the right to inspect the damage,
evaluate the cause of damage and give a refund of less than 100% of the items
value if we deem it to be appropriate.
Many or most of our items are either custom, or made-to-order to your
specifications. By now, you may have already become aware that there are many
finish or material options available for your selection. We realize that it can
sometimes be a bit challenging to make important decisions about your purchase
over the Internet. This is one of the reasons why we go the extra mile in
assisting our customers with their decision-making process. We may ask that you
send us a picture of the broken glass before we replace it at our cost.
We cannot make a claim with the shipping company without it.
Broken Glass: The customer
should inspect the packaged lamp as soon as possible upon arrival.
Shipping damage does happen more often than we would like, and we almost
always will send out new lamp panels to replace broken ones, however to protect
ourselves against possible misuse of the policy we ask that you send us a
picture of the broken glass before we replace it at our cost.
We cannot make a claim with the shipping company without it. Otherwise we
may ask the customer to pay for the glass replacement and shipping…again we
almost always replace glass panels in the first 30 days at our cost, as long as
you can provide us with pictures of the broken ones.
Ragsdale Home Furnishings is committed to providing superior quality products as
well as a high level of customer service. We go to great lengths to assist our
customers in making appropriate decisions regarding their purchase in the hope
that you will be pleased with the result. Prior to your actual order, we may
have many conversations with you either by email, telephone or by fax. We also
provide a number of customization services or execute a custom solutions
specific to your need. Although we are genuinely concerned about your overall
satisfaction, we believe that we have done everything possible in the
decision-making process prior to your order.
We cannot accept the return of an item that has been installed or used in any
way. We will not accept returns on any item that is not defective or damaged
from shipment after 30 days of its delivery. In the event that we do accept a
return within this 30-day period, the customer is responsible for return
shipping and shipping costs along with insurance.
