Payments and Charges

 We accept all forms of credit card payment and can accept them using payment over the phone, e-mail via PayPal invoice, or through the buy it now buttons of our website.  All three forms of payment are secure transactions.  Our preferred method of payment is via check or money order, as we are not charged a percentage from the credit card processing companies.

We typically do not ship our products out from our location until either payment has been received.

Most of our product is assembled and finished after payment has been made.  For large orders of $1500 or more, Ragsdale may elect to charge 50% of the order initially, and the balance when items are ready for shipment.

When ordering online through PayPal, you will be making payment for your entire order in advance. We do not keep anyone's credit card information on file.  we can however make adjustments to the amount paid by working with PayPal so if you decide you wanted a different option that costs more or less than the original option please ask and we will make the adjustment.

Made to Order Items

Made to order items have associated "lead times". Delivery times contrast greatly depending on the time of year, but usually range from 2-8 weeks.  Lead times also vary according to the product selected, options selected, and whether all parts to assemble the item are currently available. We do our best to communicate what the lead time will be for your item. Please understand that we cannot control all of the variables involved to produce your item. We request that you plan accordingly in advance of your desired delivery date.
