This lamp was first commissioned for a friend who was a teacher at MSU.  The task was to create a lamp that was narrow enough to sit on his small desk, and high enough to cast light straight down on the papers.  I call it a Tudor Revival Style Lamp.  The shade holds art glass or mica panels, and uses a single UL approved 3-way light bulb. It will fit on a small table with room to spare. 

 

The lamp is made and signed by Ragsdale Home Furnishings, and is a new creation in the arts & crafts style.  By themselves, or by the pair they make a statement that compliments any mission style setting.   The lamp stands 29.5” high, and measures 13.5” x 13.5” at the shade, and is available with several types of shade panel.
