Shipping damage happens once in a while, not matter how careful we are at packaging.  The only thing we ask is that if you do have shipping damage, and we need to replace the item, please help us with the insurance claim by supplying us with pictures, and being willing to talk to the insurance company if they want to call you to verify the insurance claim.  Insurance companies will often investigate a claim if it is over $200.
