Payments and Charges

We accept all forms of credit card payment and can accept them using 1). Payment over the phone  2) e-mail payment via PayPal invoice, or   3). Through the "Buy it Now" buttons of our website.  All three forms of payment are secure transactions.  When ordering online through PayPal, all credit card information is encrypted through a method of computer code called "Secure Sockets Layering".  All credit card information goes between PayPal and our customers only, and we do not actually see your card information at our office.  All of our PayPal transactions are insured. We also accept payment via check or money order.

We typically do not ship our products out from our location until payment has been received.

Most of our product is assembled and finished after payment has been made.  For large orders of $1500 or more, Ragsdale may elect to charge 50% of the order initially, and the balance when items are ready for shipment.

Made to Order Items

Made to order items have associated "lead times". Delivery times contrast greatly depending on the time of year, but usually range from 2-8 weeks.  Lead times also vary according to the product selected, options selected, and whether all parts to assemble the item are currently available. We do our best to communicate what the lead time will be for your item.
